A: Not at all! The course is designed to ensure that even a complete beginner can learn to create a delicious loaf of sourdough bread.
Q: Will I need any special equipment?
A: You can definitely make great bread without any specialized equipment, however, more advanced equipment can certainly make the job easier. So in this course, we'll discuss what equipment you need to get started, along with what equipment you may want to add to your baking arsenal as you become more advanced.

A: Yes! The goal of this course is not only to help you bake a perfect loaf of bread, but to help you better understand the bread-making process as a whole.
